Professional activities:
Since 2015, she has been a member of a group, established by the President of the Curia of Hungary, examining “the courts’ case-law on the registration of civil society organisations”.
She has been mandated by the National Office for the Judiciary to proofread an electronic e-learning material on “Personality rights” within a project entitled “Trainings related to the new Civil Code” and an e-learning material on legal actions for the implementation of certain personality rights, as regulated by Chapter XXXVIII of the new Code of Civil Procedure within the latter procedural code’s so-called E-Code Project.
Between 2003 and 2017, she had been an examiner of the Professional Examination Committee in the fields of civil law, civil procedural law and European law.
Since 2018, she has been the head of the specialised meetings of Curia trainee judges, set up by the President of the Curia of Hungary with the aim of monitoring the Curia’s jurisprudence on the admission of petitions for judicial review as a result of the entry into force of the new Code of Civil Procedure.
She has been a member of a working group, created by the President of the Curia of Hungary, analysing the uniform application of law in respect of the new Civil Code.
She regularly gives lectures, at the Hungarian Academy of Justice and at the National Meetings of the Heads of Civil and Economic Departments, on the courts’ case-law on legal actions for the release of data of public interest, on violations of personality rights and on the State’s liability for damage caused by defective legislation.
She has been asked, on a number of occasions, to provide information for various international delegations on the national legislation on hate speech and civil society organisations.
She has been a member of several jurisprudence-analysing working groups to examine the courts’ case-law in various fields.
Publications:
2017: Upon invitation from Dr. István Varga, Chair of the Department of Civil Procedural Law of the Faculty of Law of ELTE University, author of an explanatory note on legal actions for the implementation of certain personality rights, as regulated by Chapter XXXVIII of the new Code of Civil Procedure (published in Volumes I and II of “Commentaries to the Code of Civil Procedure and to the pieces of legislation related thereto” by HVG Publishing House)
2017: Author of a paper entitled “Certain issues in respect of the protection of the personality rights of public figures”, published in an anniversary publication entitled „Ad astra per aspera” on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of former Hungarian Chief Justice Dr. Pál Solt
Academic positions:
Since 2019, she has been a programme coordinator and lecturer within a postgraduate lawyer’s training programme in the field of liability for damages at the Deák Ferenc School of Postgraduate Studies of the Faculty of Law of Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
Since 2019, she has been a lecturer within a postgraduate lawyer’s training programme in the fields of transport and transport management at the Deák Ferenc School of Postgraduate Studies of the Faculty of Law of Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
